Prizes drawing was carried out by the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil and President Director of bank bjb Yuddy Renaldi in commemoration event held on Wednesday (19/8/2020). The drawing of prizes was conducted virtually and was witnessed by Director of Consumer & Retail bank bjb Suartini and Head of Consumer Credit & Retail Division bank bjb Triastoto Hardjanto Wibowo.
President Director of bank bjb Yuddy Renaldi said the 2020 Loyal Customer Appreciation Program is a form of real appreciation given by bank bjb to loyal customers who have been partners of bank bjb in running all their business steps as well as a form of bank bjb participation in celebrating 75th anniversary celebration West Java Province.
The 2020 Loyal Customer Award is a form of Tandamata offering for West Java's Celebration Anniversary, bank bjb Distributes Tandamata to Loyal Customers; ASNs of West Java Provincial Government who have been presenting their best work and service in realizing the vision and mission of West Java Inner and Outer Champion. This is also in line with one of the goals of West Java Bank Celebration Anniversary, bank bjb Distributes Tandamata to Loyal Customers who have been loyal partners of the government in developing West Java, "said Yuddy.
The 2020 Loyal Customer Appreciation Program is an agenda that has been regularly held every year since it was first implemented in 2015. This program targets ASNs in West Java Provincial Government who have the status as bjb KGB and bjb KPPB debtors and have never been winners in the Loyal Customer Award Program before. The prizes given at this award include 2 cars, 5 motorbikes, 17 folding bikes, and 5 savings.
"It is expected that this program can increase bank bjb consumer credit growth, both in terms of portfolio and number of debtors (NoA). This program is also expected to increase the loyalty of bank bjb debtors, especially for ASN of West Java Province as well as a promotion means "word of mouth" which can attract customers to take advantage of the consumer credit facility from bank bjb," said Yuddy.
