BANDUNG – bank bjb signed cooperation agreement (PKS) for the use of banking products and services with Association of Teachers of the Republic of Indonesia (PGRI), West Java Province. The signing of cooperation was carried out at West Java PGRI Building Hall, Jl. Talaga Bodas, Bandung City, Wednesday (9/9/2020).
The signing of PKS was carried out by the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Business of bank bjb Beny Riswandi and the Chair of West Java PGRI Dede Amar. Also attending was CEO of bank bjb Regional 1 Yogy Yatno, Head of bank bjb Branch Office (KC) Buahbatu Mulyana, Head of bank bjb KC Subang Rois Muhammad Iyon, Head of bank bjb KC Cianjur Arris Mirawan, and Secretary of West Java PGRI Maman Sulaeman.
Head of Corporate Secretary Division bank bjb Widi Hartoto said the signing of this cooperation is part of bank bjb's efforts to encourage national education. It is expected that the banking facilities provided by bank bjb will facilitate the teachers in carrying out their duties as educators of nation's next generation.

The agreed scope of cooperation is the service for debiting member accounts to finance West Java PGRI members’ dues, as well as the transfer of debited member accounts to PGRI provincial and city / regency accounts to support the smooth running of various organizational needs in educating the nation.
This cooperation will enhance positivity for bank bjb, especially in increasing fee-based income. bank bjb can also benefits from various potentials of this collaboration, including optimizing the distribution of salaries for teachers in all over West Java, increasing Third Party Funds (DPK) through teacher professional allowance funds (TPG), and optimizing the distribution of Teacher Allowance Loans.
Moreover, this collaboration also brings potential to facilitate the collection of mandatory fees for 189.250 PGRI members with a total annual funding of Rp.1.36 billion. bank bjb also has the possibility to expand Guna Bhakti loans, KPR, and cross-selling with PGRI, as well as improvements for bjb Cinta Guru program.
