BOGOR REGENCY – bank bjb various business encouragement programs and capital facilities to rengginang business actors in Rancabungur District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, on Monday (5/10/2020). The introduction of financial services by the company is one of bank bjb efforts to encourage the strengthening of business actors in regions.
Head of Corporate Secretary Division bank bjb Widi Hartoto said the introduction of banking products to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is part of bank bjb's efforts to penetrate financial literacy and inclusion in the regions. It is expected that the presence of bank bjb in the community will encourage their interest in using banking financial facilities to help them developing their business.
"We constantly encourage MSMEs to become bankable in order to facilitate their business steps. The classic problem that often hinders micro-entrepreneurs is business capital issues. Through education and literacy with ball fetching pattern, bank bjb tries to embrace MSME players so that they can take advantage of bank financing facilities," said Widi.
This support for MSMEs is in line with bank bjb's steps in helping the government to accelerate the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program repackaged by bank bjb as bjb PENtas program (Strengthening the National Economy, Tough and Prosperity) which was the initiation of West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil. One of these efforts is implemented through financial support to MSME segment and to the labor-intensive productive sector.
On this occasion, company representatives socialized a number of credit products that are relevant and can be utilized by MSME players, including the Prosperous Economy Community Credit (Mesra), People's Business Credit (KUR), Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK) to prepare the life in old and retirement age, and various other financial products.
The socialization was attended by 15 representatives of rengginang craftsmen. They were also asked to convey further information regarding bank bjb financial facilities to other craftsmen. These rengginang craftsmen seemed enthusiastic and showed interest to be able to access the financing support facilities introduced by bank bjb.
The financing facility offered by bank bjb is seen as one of the most promising alternatives to meet the capital needs that have hindered the business development of MSMEs. Bank bjb capital credit, especially Mesra and KUR credit which were introduced, was able to answer the needs of MSME players with the various facilities and relief offered.
