Home Ownership Credit (KPR) with the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme is a program that provide hopes for Indonesian people. Because this method embodies the people's desire to be able to own a house at a low price, affordable down payment, long credit tenor and light installments. It's no wonder that FLPP products are increasingly popular and in demand by the public.
In FLPP sector, bank bjb is listed as one of the banks that is active in distributing FLPP products. In its implementation, bank bjb has entered into a number of cooperation agreements (PKS) with the association of developers under the auspices of a number of associations including REI, APERSI, APERSI, APERNAS, HIMPERA and PERUMNAS spread across Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi to Bali.
Most recently, bank bjb held a mass credit agreement with customers who received the FLPP KPR facility in Indramayu. In total, bank bjb conducted National FLPP PKS with 401 developers. The credit agreement was held at bank bjb hall, Indramayu Branch Office, Wednesday (24/2/2021).
The mass credit agreement was attended by the Head of bank bjb KC Indramayu Asep Wahyu Ismail, the developer and administrator of Indonesian Real Estate (REI) Indramayu Masdan Hendrias, as well as Manager of Consumer Business & KPR bank bjb Sani Darussalam.
Head of Corporate Secretary Division bank bjb Widi Hartoto said that this house financing distribution is a part of the implementation of cooperation between bank bjb and the Center for Housing Financing Fund Management (PPDPP) of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), in channeling subsidized house financing through bjb KPR FLPP to Low Income Communities (MBR).
"This bank bjb step is part of the company's efforts to support the fulfillment of quality and affordable housing needs for all levels of Indonesian society. This is also a form of bank bjb support for the realization of the one million houses program launched by the government," said Widi.
By implementing this FLPP bjb mass credit agreement, bank bjb KC Indramayu took part in accelerating the process of distributing FLPP funds and increasing the achievement of bank bjb mortgage loans in 2021.
